CME recently welcomed Megan Brouwer to the role of North West Regional Officer. Megan is based in Port Hedland and will represent the interests of resource companies in both the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.
Megan has lived in the Pilbara for the past seven years, spending time based in both Newman and Port Hedland. Previously Megan has worked for government and not-for-profit agencies in the region and has a unique blend of skills including stakeholder management, community development, training, advocacy, communications and marketing.
Megan understands the unique opportunities and challenges that North West community members and organisations are faced with. Megan is passionate about showcasing the Pilbara and Kimberley regions as great places to live and work and enjoys the community spirit that towns in the North West offer.

Megan is delighted to have joined the CME team and is looking forward to working with local members and stakeholders to advocate for the sector and collectively discuss issues impacting the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.
