The Resourceful Mind project in partnership with Lifeline WA will reach a new milestone on June 9 with the publication of the research outcomes from a pilot program undertaken with a variety of member companies.
This innovative program seeks to provide peer support for workers experiencing mental health challenges, by training key colleagues to be able to have important conversations about those challenges and, where necessary, steer their workmates towards further help.
The pilot program is hopefully the start of a wider rollout of Resourceful Mind across the WA mining and resources sector, and we look forward to the research being released early next month.
