Health and Hygiene Information Sheets

Continuing the theme of National Work Safe Month, CME will this month launch a series of detailed health and hygiene information sheets covering a range of important topics arising from the new Work Health and Safety legislative framework that commenced in 2022.

CME was awarded funding as part of the Work Health and Safety Implementation Peak Body Grants program to support educating WA businesses and workers about their new responsibilities.

As part of this funding, CME engaged Red OHMS to develop eight information sheets, which cover issues including workplace exposure standards, health monitoring, heat stress and naturally occurring asbestos.

These information sheets have been developed in consultation with CME’s Health and Hygiene Working Group and aim to support health and safety professionals and any other interested stakeholders.
