Anita joined the CME team in January 2022 following a lengthy career in the resources sector working in various environment and sustainability roles. Anita has practical experience across a broad range of environment and sustainability portfolios including regulatory approvals and compliance, noise and air emission management, contaminated sites and tailings management and greenhouse and energy reporting.
Having worked in the resources sector for over 20 years, Anita understands the unique opportunities and challenges CME member organisations are faced with. Anita values working collaboratively with members and stakeholders to advocate for the resources sector and showcase the many environmental and sustainability innovations that are derived from our sector.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science & Biological Science)(Honours) from Murdoch University.
