Michelle Gadellaa joined the CME team in November 2023 as Manager of Health, Safety and People.

Prior to joining CME, Michelle worked in a variety of roles and portfolios at the WA Department of Health for almost a decade. Michelle is an experienced policy analyst, project and program manager and has played leading roles in strategic reform initiatives in the public health sector including legislative reform and mental health service reconfiguration. Michelle values collaborative working and her background and passion for policy and the health and wellbeing of people will enable her to support CME’s member companies in the Health, Safety and People portfolio.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in History and International Relations from Curtin University.
