Phoebe joined CME in March 2023 as Policy Advisor – Climate and Energy. She is particularly interested in the role of carbon offsets, decarbonisation of scope 3 emissions, and novel renewable energy sources such as green hydrogen and nuclear energy.
Prior to CME, Phoebe worked as a Senior Consultant at Energetics developing greenhouse gas emissions inventories, net zero targets, and life-cycle assessments.
Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Environment from Macquarie University.
