October 8-9: WA Mining Conference and Exhibition 

Perth’s flagship mining event, WA Mining Conference and Exhibition (WA Mining), is where the state’s mining industry gathers to conduct business, champion success and put its best foot forward.

October 21-23: International Mining and Resources Conference + Expo (IMARC)

IMARC features six concurrent conferences covering the entire mining value chain, with panel discussions and strategic keynote presentations.

October 31-November 2: CME Underground Mine Emergency Rescue Competition (UMERC)

Eleven teams will compete for first place in realistic emergency scenarios, showcasing their expertise in firefighting, first aid, vertical rescue and rope rescue among others.

This event is run by the Chamber of Minerals and Energy.

March 13: 2026 CME Women in Resources Awards Ceremony

The CME Women in Resources Awards are designed to recognise individuals and organisations working to build a world-class industry which provides attractive career opportunities and enhances the recognition and participation of women in the sector.
