Emma Eltringham is a Principal AI Product Manager at Woodside, leading the company’s enterprise artificial intelligence strategy to accelerate digital transformation across its global operations. Emma is a key part of the leadership team overseeing the development of Lumina, Woodside’s internal AI ecosystem, which hosts more than 40 enterprise agents and growing. Emma’s focus on Enterprise change management has seen quadrupled adoption rates while upskilling over 3000 employees in AI tools.
Since joining Woodside in 2016 as a Graduate Geospatial Analyst, Emma’s curiosity and technical expertise have driven her evolution from geospatial innovation to AI leadership. She was part of the pioneering Fuse digital twin project, which connected live plant data with 3D visualisations to improve operational decision-making. As Fuse scaled from a five-person pilot to an enterprise platform, she introduced digital practices that simplified technology adoption and laid the groundwork for the company’s AI journey.
Emma is recognised for her leadership in responsible and human-centred AI, embedding ethical governance and accessibility into every stage of deployment. She has represented Woodside on global stages including NASA’s Johnson Space Centre and LNG2023, sharing insights on capability building and inclusion in emerging technologies. She is passionate about mentoring early-career professionals, Emma aims to champion the next generation of tech leaders transforming the energy industry.
